Warranty Policy and Procedures

MOST DAMAGED TRACKS PRODUCTS CAN BE REPAIRED.
In order to keep our products in use and out of the landfills, Tracks offers a repair service.  If you cannot repair your product yourself, return it to the Tracks Service Center.  Products that are returned under warranty or for repair alert us to potential manufacturing problems of which we might not be aware.

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY.
All Tracks products are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship.  Return shipping charges to the consumer for repaired products are covered.  Should a product be found defective under this warranty, we will repair it or replace it at our option.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED.
Normal wear, abrasion, misuse, alteration, abuse, taking apart of the product, or improper washing and drying is not covered.  Shipping charges to Tracks for a defective product are not covered.  Tracks will not be liable for incidental or consequential damages.  Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply.

HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE OR REPAIR SERVICE FOR FIELD-DAMAGED PRODUCTS.

  1. Please fill out the Returned Product form and enclose it with your product; Your name, address, and phone number are essential to assure proper return of the repaired or replaced product.
  2. Products must be clean before they can be repaired.
  3. A minimum service charge covers repair cost, handling, and return shipping for field-damaged products.  Service charge will be quoted when you call for return authorization. Make your check payable to Cascade Designs, Inc.  If your product is repaired or replaced under warranty, your check will be returned.
  4. Using Cascade Designs' mailing label, package and return the product to Tracks Service Center.
  5. Allow 4-6 weeks for your product to be returned to you. If it is damaged beyond repair, you will be contacted.
