WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES OF A PUSH-BUTTON SYSTEM ON
A STAFF?
A push-button system locks in place; it stays there,
unlike twist locks that can slip or collapse. The push-button system is reliable
every time and, with every 1-1/4 inch of adjustment, it is easy to select the
right length.

WHAT SHOULD I DO TO MAINTAIN MY TRACKS STAFF?
- Wipe any mud from the lower staff before shortening the length.
- Remove dirt from the steel point threads before replacing the rubber tip.
- Polish the walnut knob with furniture oil to protect its finish.

HOW DO I SIZE UP A WALKING STAFF?
With Sherlock™ Staffs, it's easy to adjust the staff longer or
shorter, depending on conditions. For the fixed-length Lite Staff™,
you can use a broom to determine the proper staff length. First, grip the broom
so your forearm is parallel to the floor or at a slight angle. Then, mark where
the top of your hand rests on the broom handle and select the staff closest to
this length.

WHAT ARE SOME OF THE BENEFITS OF USING A WALKING STAFF?
Using a Tracks walking staff increases upper body muscle
