WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES OF A PUSH-BUTTON SYSTEM ON
A STAFF? A push-button system locks in place; it stays there,
unlike twist locks that can slip or collapse. The push-button system is reliable
every time and, with every 1-1/4 inch of adjustment, it is easy to select the
right length.

HOW DO I SIZE UP A WALKING STAFF?
With Sherlock Staffs, it's easy to adjust the staff longer or
shorter, depending on conditions. For the fixed-length Lite Staff,
you can use a broom to determine the proper staff length. First, grip the broom
so your forearm is parallel to the floor or at a slight angle. Then, mark where
the top of your hand rests on the broom handle and select the staff closest to
this length.

development, as well as reducing the stress on hip and knee joints. Tracks
staffs also provide greater comfort, support, and balance.
